Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of The National Flying Club will be held at the
Alveley Sports & Social Club, Button Hole, Alveley, Bridgnorth, Shropshire, WV15 6JX
on Wednesday 12th January, 2011 at 12 o’clock prompt.

Any member wishing for alterations or additions to the rules, please give notice in writing of the proposed alterations or additions by Friday 22nd October, 2010. Propositions must state the rule to which they refer, with any deletions and the proposed new wording of the rule, otherwise they could be ruled out of order.

Annual Dinner & Trophy Presentation

Reservations for the Trophy Presentation Dinner on Saturday 4th December will be available from Doreen Kneller at a cost of £35.00 per person.
Please make your cheque payable to , “The National Flying Club” and send to: -Doreen Kneller, Fox Hill Down, 37 Harlton Road, Little Eversden, Cambridge, CB23 1HB.
 
To help the presentation of Trophies run smoothly, please let Doreen have the names all guests and NFC code numbers where applicable.
