Propositions for Season 2008
GENERAL RULES
B. & R. Long & Cox,
STOWMARKET, will propose:1) General Rule 4. Delete "£15.00" and replace with, "£20.00". Delete "£3.00" and replace with, "£3.50".

4) Delete General Rule 30. Replace with, "The annual prize distribution and A.G.M. to be held at Southport or Torquay in rotation, commencing 2009 at Southport."
RACING RULES
D. Housden & Son, BIGGLESWADE, will propose:
5) Racing Rule 5. Delete, "£5", and insert, "£1"

7) Delete Racing Rules 18 and 19 in their entirety. Racing Rule 36, delete the words, "wing mark".

8) Racing Rule 22. Delete, "25p, 50p, £1, £2, £5, £10, paid out at 20/1. £20 and £50 paid out at 10/1." and replace with, "50p,
£1, £2, £3, £4, £5, £10, £20, £40 paid out at 20/1".
Sharman & Kneller, CAMBRIDGE, will propose:
9) Racing Rule 44. Delete the last sentence, "At least two persons are to travel with the birds."
CLOCK RULES
Sharman & Kneller, CAMBRIDGE, will propose:
10) Delete Clock Rule 1. Replace with, "Any clock, except E.T.S. set for use in an N.F.C. race must be used exclusively for
arrivals in that National race. Penalty for non compliance will be disqualification."

BOGNOR REGIS, will propose:11) Clock Rule 3. Insert after the first sentence, "except for Electronic Clocking Systems which are set on the day of marking." Clock Rule 12. Delete, "no more than three days prior to the advertised liberation date." and replace with, "in accordance with clock rule 3."
