IMPORTANT NOTICE:  The management committee have taken a vote on whether to cancel the race, scheduled from Guernsey on the 31^st July, after receiving correspondence from the Honorary Treasurer.  After much deliberation and a close vote, the committee have passed to cancel this race with the vote being 12 votes to cancel and 10 votes not to cancel.
